The reason we need legal/ethical considerations is because the model may change their mind or is uncomfortable with what the photos use are. I have printed out a form and ticked the boxes in which what the photos would be used in, what media its used for, which parts in the world it will be shown.

Risk Assessment P2 (e)
There could be a few risks on the location of my photo-shoot as I will be taking them where cars normally drive. To ensure there will be no injuries or damages to the equipment in use, I will make sure that we are on the safest part of the road to prevent things from happening, or I will let the neighbours know what is going on outside and ask if they take care on pulling out their drive ways. There are possibilities that it may rain which could damage some of the equipment, to prevent this I will bring an umbrella, or keep an eye on the weather forecast.
Recce of shoot location P2 (d)
The location of my shoot is Whitstable, Broomfield Gate (by my house). There is beautiful woods area located next to Whitstable golf club. The setting outside will be on a pebbly road with trees over the top in an arch way form. On the ground there are grass pathways with tree trunks in a curved line, heading towards a wooden gate.
Equipment, props, costume P2(c)
I will be using a canon G1x and a tripod. The camera will be used on a variation of settings, e.g. Automatic, manual etc. It has a canon zoom lens 4x IS. There will be makeup used on the girls, none for the boys! The wardrobe for the shoot will include a variation of warm jumpers, tops/shirts with sleeves, jeans, leggings (for the girls), coats/jackets, boots/wellies, hats, scarves and maybe some gloves.
I might choose for the models to use some umbrellas or blankets as props to help symbolise that it is an autumn photo-shoot, possibly a pumpkin too!
The lenses I chose were both fixed one was a 50mm fix and the other a 85mm fix. I chose a fixed lens as it was the right distance that I wanted to be away from the model and it was easier to adjust the focus.

Theme for photo shoot P2 (b)
Pitch for Photo-shoot
My idea for my photo-shoot is to have models modelling Autumn clothing (warm clothing) outside in a woods near my house. The setting outside will be on a pebbly road with trees over the top of us blocking out some of the light and on the ground there are grass pathways with tree trunks in a line heading towards a wooden gate. I will have my sister, my brother modelling for me in my images, some may include more then one person in each image.
This pitch for a photographic shoot matches the promotional purpose of the brand product that I am promoting because it contains the key information that is needed for my photo shoot.

Planning a Photographic Shoot P2 (a)
Brainstorming
In the image above is the brainstorming for my photo shoot. The ideas above will be used in sections P3, P4 and P5. My idea for my photo shoot is fashion in the Autumn season. It would mainly be aimed for both genders and the ages between 14- 30 year olds. The ideal location for my shoot is outside by the woods but as a backup I will take the photos in certain parts of my garden. The photos that I will take would appear in magazines.
I will take the photos of my sister and my brother who will be wearing the autumn clothing. My sister will be modelling for the womens collections, this age ranges from 17-30 and my brother will be modelling the childs/teens collection, this age ranges from 14 - 16.
The type of clothing will include, tops/shirts with sleeves, comfy jumpers (preferably in the colours that represent Autumn), plain boots/wellies and comfy trousers eg. jeans or leggings (preferably black or blue).
My backup in case this plan falls through is to do a shoot on shoes, this would include sports trainers, boots/wellies, converses, high heels etc. These shoes would be aimed at both genders and all ages except for heels, they would be for ages 15-50. This shoot would be taken in a studio with a white background to emphasise the shoes. This would appear in magazines and online websites.
